TikFilmer is an AI movie and short film generation platform that allows users to generate movies or short videos based on their own ideas and creativity. The platform provides functions including creation, preview, download, and sharing.

1.2

User login and identity authentication are handled by the third-party security service Supabase. TikFilmer does not store user passwords directly.

1.3

All works generated by users through the platform (movie videos, short films, images, texts, etc.) are owned by the user in terms of copyright and liability. TikFilmer only serves as a generation tool and shall not be liable for the content of the works.

Users may save works to their local computer via the platform-provided download button, for free use, sharing and distribution.

1.4

Users agree not to use this platform for illegal, harmful or abusive purposes, including but not limited to generating illegal content, infringing third-party rights, or creating content inappropriate for children.

1.5

The platform entrusts Stripe to process secure payments. All financial transactions and credit card information are completed through Stripe. TikFilmer does not process or store user payment information directly.

- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue platform features at any time without prior notice. - Users are responsible for their own account security and shall properly safeguard account information and passwords. - The platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. - These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, it may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction for adjudication.
